Bulgaria

Bulgaria is where our run is longest, a fifth year of placements: drivers, kitchen and hotel staff, construction and warehouse crews, on contracts of one to three years.

Five years of supplying workers to Bulgaria

Bulgaria is the market we have worked in longest. Most of the vacancies we fill there are for drivers: international haulage on C+E with ADR, tachograph and code 95, category D bus, forwarders, forklift and special vehicle operators. Hotels and restaurants come next, followed by construction and finishing, manufacturing and warehouse work.

How one order runs

One vacancy is covered by a group of 10 to 20 people. Candidates are screened and interviewed before they reach you, and the permit paperwork stays on our side. Contracts with employers run from one to three years.

FAQ

Questions and answers

Who are you and are you licensed?

Talents Center is the trading name of a private employment agency in Uzbekistan. Licence No. 0078 of 07.04.2021, issued to LLC "Specialist Group Private Employment Agency". The entry can be checked in the state register of private employment agencies of Uzbekistan; the link sits in the "About the company" block on the home page.

Where do the workers come from?

From Uzbekistan. We source, interview and document them in the country before they reach you.

Which trades do you supply?

Six sectors: transport and logistics, hotels and catering, construction and finishing, manufacturing and maintenance, warehouse, agriculture and landscaping. The roles we fill most often are C+E and category D drivers, cooks and hotel staff, bricklayers, welders and warehouse operatives.

How many workers are in one group?

Usually 10 to 20 per vacancy. We work in groups rather than single applications.

Do you screen candidates before we see them?

Yes. Candidates go through selection and an interview on our side. We require a criminal record certificate, medical fitness and confirmation that there has been no deportation from Turkey; those three repeat across all our vacancies.

How long is the contract?

Usually one to three years, so this is permanent employment rather than seasonal work. The exception is hotels hiring for the ski season, where the contract runs from December to March.

What does the employer normally cover?

Accommodation, medical insurance and the flight. That condition repeats across almost every vacancy we open, and it sits on the employer's side.

What languages do the workers speak?

Conversational Russian is required in most of our vacancies. We ask for basic English where the employer has set it as a condition.

What is your track record?

Five years of placements in Bulgaria and ten years of hotel staffing in Arab countries. Croatia is the market we are opening now, and there we have supplied construction and manufacturing trades only.

What happens if a worker does not work out?

We normally prepare and present 10 to 15 per cent more people than you asked for. That margin exists for the case where someone drops out for any reason: the replacement comes from the group that has already been selected and interviewed, so the search does not start again from zero.
